At Bravelab, every Thursday, we organize internal dev meetings to share knowledge between coworkers. We exchange experience gained from our projects as well as the news from the IT industry.
Our Braveteam organizes Coding Dojo Kraków, dedicated to programmers at every level. The event aims to connect software developers, who during the programming session work in groups and face a specific challenge.

Simple recruitment process
The assumption of the recruitment process is to find a person who would fit to our culture. Therefore, in the process take part several people from our company and decision is made together. The process consists of 3 steps:
English conversation (up to 15 minutes)
Technical interview (up to 1 hour)
Interview with the founders (1 to 2 hours)
