Bravelab, every Thursday, we organize internal dev meetings to share knowledge between coworkers. We exchange experience gained from our projects as well as the news from the IT industry.
Our Braveteam organizes Coding Dojo Kraków, dedicated to programmers at every level. The event aims to connect software developers, who during the programming session work in groups and face a specific challenge.
We never close ourselves off from other companies. The initiative Coding Dojo allows us to meet with other companies and developers, allowing us to share our experiences from years of practice.
No matter what the distance is between our team we do our best to keep in contact. To ensure the information flow, over the years we developed a system of regular meetings internally: 1-1, kickoff, dev meetings also we believe that simple coffee or phone calls can assure us of their needs.
